Search: field names for advanced search

To search on particular fields, enter in the search box the field name followed by a colon ( : ) followed by the search term (fieldName:searchTerm).

The following table shows the fields in resource descriptions that can be searched. The italics give the field label as it appears on screen, followed by its field name for search purposes. Fields names must be entered exactly as shown in order for the search to work.

Note that field labels are given as they are on the screens that ship with the DCB. If your administrator has customized the field labels in your the DCB application, these may be different from what appears on your screen.
